WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept cash in store, all major debit and credit cards, Klarna, PayPal or banker’s drafts. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Returns

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something, please email us at, freshcutservices@outlook.com or call 07407185711.

You have the right to cancel from the moment your order has been placed until 14 days from the date you have received your goods.. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days. You must report any shortages or breakages within 24 hours of receipt by email. This is so we can claim back costs from the carrier. Failure to contact us may result in you being liable for the full cost of the goods. We will contact you within 72 hours to arrange for a courier to collect the goods.Product specifications may be changed by the manufacturer. If this happens we will update the website with the most up-to-date specifications we have. If a product has been superseded by a new model we will state this on the website or contact you prior to dispatch

You have 14 days in which to notify us of intention to return your order from receipt of goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.If you are returning a faulty or incorrect garden machinery, we will cover the cost of returning them via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, up to the value of £10. If the postage costs will be greater than £10, please contact us 07407185711 or via email  and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected. Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.

  • Cancellations

Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 07407185711 or emailing freshcutservices@outlook.com and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.​
